Google Hangouts Meet

Until September 30, 2020, G Suite and G Suite for Education customers can use the advanced features of Google Meet, which includes video calls with up to 250 attendees, as well as live stream and even video call recordings for free.

Freshworks

Since face-to-face meetings are discontinued, send your sales and support online using a modern platform for communication and messaging. The customer engagement tools, Freshchat and Freshcaller will help you with this. These services are available for free for six months courtesy of Freshworks.

PowWowNow has extended the free trial of its services to 60 days to help employees work from home and stay productive during the pandemic. The company's suite of technology products includes web meetings, video and conference calling in HD quality.

Hiver

The Hiver service allows companies to manage shared mail inboxes from within Gmail. If you are a small business with fewer than 50 employees who are helping contain the spread of COVID-19 or provide assistance to victims, Hiver offers a free service until June 30.

Kantree

Register on the Kantree platform by April 30 and get free access for 2 months. Kantree describes itself as Trello meets Airtable; users can organise and delegate tasks, keep track of communications and plan upcoming projects.

Druva

Druva provides 6 months free data loss protection with no obligation. Install within minutes and protect endpoints, Office 365's OneDrive, Exchange Online, SharePoint Online and Teams. Also, the firm is offering six months of free Office 365.

Enable

Deal management software platform Enable is providing businesses free access to its 'Essentials' enabling you to collaborate with trading partners.. 'Essentials' includes the ability to author deals, build a central deals repository, tools for collaborative workflows, and a full audit free trail.

Final Cut Pro

Editing a video on Mac? Apple now offers trial versions of Final Cut Pro X and Logic Pro X for 90 days. Previously, the video editor had a test period of 30 days, while Logic did not have a trial version at all.

Adobe Acrobat & Sign

For remote employees, Adobe provides a premium suite of Acrobat PDF tools - users can collaborate, convert and compress PDF files for free till May, 31. The company has also extended a trial version of its Adobe Sign electronic signature solution for up to 90 days.
