Today, we're excited to announce
a new pricing structure for myQuiz.
Over the years, myQuiz has grown far beyond a simple quiz platform.
What started as an easy way to create and host quizzes has evolved into a complete toolkit for classrooms, team meetings, training sessions, conferences, branded events, lead generation campaigns, and audience engagement.
As myQuiz has grown, we've seen people use it in very different ways. Some hosts run a few quizzes each year, others rely on myQuiz for weekly or even daily sessions, while some organize large-scale events with thousands of participants.
To better support these different needs, we're introducing a new pricing structure designed to make it easier to choose the right plan and understand exactly what's included. For some users, this will also mean access to more affordable options that better match how often they use myQuiz, while others will benefit from plans tailored to larger events and advanced requirements.
What's Changing
Rather than introducing entirely new plans, we're simplifying and improving our existing lineup to better reflect how myQuiz is used today.
Here's a quick overview of the biggest changes👇:
What about one-time plans?
We're also simplifying our one-time offerings. Bronze, Silver, and Gold one-time plans are being replaced by Basic, Universal, and Professional one-time plans. Each one-time plan includes the same features and limits as its subscription counterpart and remains active for 30 days without any future payments. Existing one-time purchases will continue to work normally until they expire.
This simplified structure makes it easier to choose the right plan while ensuring that the most valuable features are available where they're needed most. For a detailed breakdown of features, limits, and pricing across all plans, visit our pricing page.
Existing Paid Subscribers Keep Their Current Plan
If you're currently on a paid myQuiz subscription, there's nothing you need to do. Your current plan, pricing, and features will remain unchanged until your subscription expires or you choose to switch to one of the new plans.
The new pricing structure will primarily affect: New customers, Free plan users, Existing customers who choose to upgrade or move to a new plan.
This means you can continue using your current subscription exactly as before throughout your active billing period.
That said, we do recommend comparing your current plan with the new options. Depending on your needs, you may find that a new plan offers additional features, higher limits, or better value at a lower price.
Changes to the Free Plan
To support continued development of myQuiz and keep improving the platform, we're introducing usage limits to the Free plan.
The Free plan remains a great way to explore myQuiz, run smaller quizzes, and see if the platform is right for you. For users who host quizzes regularly, need larger participant limits, or want access to advanced features, our new paid plans provide even more flexibility and functionality than before.
Why We're Making These Changes
Our goal is simple: make myQuiz easier to understand, easier to choose, and better aligned with how people actually use the platform.
Why Now?
Over the past few years, myQuiz has evolved significantly, with new features, larger events, and a growing variety of use cases.
Our previous pricing structure was built for a much simpler version of the platform and no longer reflected how customers use myQuiz today.
This update helps us better support everyone from first-time quiz hosts to professional event organizers, while continuing to invest in new features, infrastructure, and improvements across the platform.
Thank you for being part of the myQuiz community and helping us build better quiz experiences for classrooms, teams, events, and organizations around the world.
